Rahm Emanuel, The current Obama chief of staff, ex-representative, ex-Clinton money man and ex-Windy City political machine go-fer has deep ties to British Petroleum. Yes, the same company currently polluting our beautiful gulf.
Seems BP paid for Rahm's apartment in Washington, DC for 5 years! Absolutely disgusting.
It shocks me that it's legal for elected officials to accept these kinds of bribers -- err, gifts. Wait, it's not legal. But the Obama administration has no intention of enforcing the law, err, several laws actually. Never let a serious crisis go to waste, heh Rahm?
Remember this when Obama claims he's just so darn mad at BP. Perhaps the first butt you should kick is Rahm's?
