Mark Kirk must think that Illinois Republicans are just plain stupid. WGN news website published an article more or less telling the people of Illinois who they, the manipulating mainstream media socialist shills, want to run for Obama's Senate seat. WGN proposes Giannoulias and Kirk. Nothing like hedging your bets by supporting both socialist candidates, right wgn?
So how did Kirk lie? Kirk has taken a rightward turn in the primary campaign: vowing to reverse an earlier vote in favor of controversial cap-and-trade carbon emission regulation. Oh really? Just how do you plan to take back your YES vote now that the bill is already passed? Answer: YOU CAN'T, your lying Kirk and trying to confuse voters into believing you can reverse your un-american vote when in fact its too late.
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO CANDIDATES
This is the same type of manipulation we the citizens have been handed for way too long, that being the media basically choosing our candidates for us. It stops in 2010. Kirk should not be the candidate for the Republican ticket because he doesn't believe nor vote what everyday Republican conservatives believe in.
Since Obama got elected Kirk has voted with the Democrats on the followiing:
- Cap-and-Trade (carbon emission regulation which will cost you and your kids uncounted trillions, estimated to be over 100 trillion over 50 years!)
- Cash for Clunkers (He voted for this, a financial disaster for US, helped China instead.)
- Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. H.R.1424 voted for the $700 billion Wall Street bailout of 2008
- Oversight of TARP (He voted against it, a very bad thing since banks can do what the want with the money given them from HR 1424 above.)
- Hate Crimes Expansion (HR 1913 - basically punishes people for thought crimes and can bring double indemnity upon the accused)
- Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 Amendments Act of 2008 (HR 6304 - Kirk believes its alright for telecom companies to snoop on your phone and internet conversations, this bill protects them from lawsuits. It Allows the government to conduct surveillance of any person for up to one week (168 hours) without a warrant.)
- Removing Rep. Charles Rangel as Chairman of House Committee on Ways and Means (H Res 805 - Rangel is a real CONgressional jerk. Mark Kirk voted with 6 republicans to retain tax cheat Rangel in his post as chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, the committee that decides how to spend our tax dollars.)
- Unborn Victims of Violence Act (HR 503 - Kirk voted against a bill that criminalizes harming an unborn child/fetus while committing any of 68 federal offenses. You don't care about protecting unborn children Kirk?)
- PATRIOT Act Reauthorization (HR 3199 - Kirk voted for this bill which basically desolves the constitution.)
- Food Safety Regulation Amendments (HR 2749 - Kirk voted for this bill which expands the Food and Drug Administration's authority to regulate food products and food facilities, which include factories, warehouses, and other establishments that manufacture, process, pack or hold food. Adds to the bottom line costs we consumers pay and give gov more reasons to intrude into our lives in one more way.

WHO SHOULD REPUBLICANS SUPPORT?
For the many anti-american votes above Kirk is ineligible for election as a conservative patriotic candidate. Kirk even went so far as to say he is social moderate, which is just another way of saying he is a moderate socialist. We need a man of conviction, willing to fight for Americans and the constitution, you sadly are not that man Kirk.
I'm throwing my support behind Mike Labno (Libertarian). Mike is a normal everyday working American, an Engineer & Construction Manager, who believes that the constitution is our supreme document detailing how this country should be run. He is even taking constitution refresher courses! Are you listening Republican National Committee! Can you here us now?

We here at blogacause noticed something strange yesterday. All of the articles written about Mark Kirk in my 15 article series have disappeared from the top 10 results in a google blog search for the key words "Mark Kirk".
Prior to yesterday and beginning with the first day of the series, every article was at one time or another in the top 10 for a google blog search about Kirk. Most times 2 or 3 of the articles showed up in the top 20 for anything related to Kirk. Then all of a sudden, gone.
