Note to Kagan: You should NOT defer to Congress and the American people

Kagan is just another progressive socialist from the hegemonic tribeYou should honor the foundations for governance set down by our founding fathers and use your potential as a judge TO NOT legislate from the bench.  Your remarks are dangerously populist and run totally counter to the very idea, the precepts, by which this REPUBLIC's citizens expect a Supreme Court Justice to adjudicate questions of constitutionality.

You, Ms. Kagan, have a full body of work found in the varied writings of our founding fathers along with the Federalist papers.  Not to mention 200 plus years of legal precedent case history.  For you to say you would defer to CONgress and the American People means that you are willing to expose those same people to the whim and fancy of a fickle crowd, prone to anger and irrationality.  Perhaps a review of such populist notions would help you?  How about, "...let them eat cake!"

To you congress critters in the Senate, I hope you consider Kagan's nomination long and hard and remember that she could sit on that seat for a very long time.  Can your children or their children afford to have and "activist judge" on the Highest Court in the land?

I say we can not.

The Exalted Cyclops Senator is Dead

He died 40 years too late... damage done.Robert Byrd, the longest sitting KKK Senator ever in the history of the United States died today.  Good riddance.  I say that with a song in my heart.

He was a prime example of what is wrong with governance in America, perhaps now WV can come into the 21st century and vote for someone who doesn't call a pork barrel his home.

If ever there were a law or Constitutional amendment for congressional term limits,  His name would most assuredly be mentioned in the Title.  They could call it something like "Pork Barrel Byrd's Get out of Office before you do Real Damage Law".  Unfortunately, it won't help with all the damage this ass clown did over 5 decades as the 'esteemed' Senator from West Virginia (If ever there was a reason needed for implementing an intelligence test for voters before they can vote, WV is the proving ground).

I'm sure the MainScream Media will be praying his praises for days, while I give him only the amount of time it takes me to write this entry.  Hopefully, real Americans will realize that his passing is a good thing, for the country, for its citizens and their checkbooks.

So to you Robert Byrd, I say, with all sincerety, May You burn in the hottest depths of hell.

Obama tells Oil Skimmers to Stop Working, They Need to be Inspected

Obama drilling for reparations gold.My source down by the gulf told me today that the Obama administration has halted all work of the Oil Skimmers clearing oil from the gulf.  What is the Driller-in-Chief thinking?

There is no reason to stop their progress, as all of those vessels are sea worthy and working properly.  One of the ship captains told my source that the Government (under Obama's watchful eye I'm sure) insisted that ALL the skimmers be inspected before being allowed to continue work.

So, all 80 to 100 skimmers that were helping solve the problem are now not being allowed to perform cleanup of the oil.  What are you up to Mr. Obama?  Is this your way of making the disaster even worse so that you can further take over more of our industries?  Or, so you can keep pushing your global warming policies?

The worst President ever just got worse in my eyes.  Nice job nut case.

The Big Pharma Shill Problem ina Nutshell

There is an old adage that figures don’t lie, but liars know how to figure.I've written extensively about this so unless the government can produce real uncompromised evidence that thimerosal and adjuvant do not cause Autism, it's pretty much a stale debate and this will likely be my last article on this topic.

Over the last few years the public has been bombarded with the official mantra that vaccines are safe, that thimerosal doesn't cause autism and that all our fears are unfounded.

We opposition bloggers as a community have tried to reason with these so called experts, and their science based medical retorts (funny how they always have something to say about those new studies).  These 'subject-matter' experts refuse to consider that study results, be they empirical or statically derived can be 'interpreted' or influenced for a variaty of reasons.

Research Doctors Decide: The Truth or MoneyVery seldom will researchers provide the 'empirical' data derived from a study.  The reasons for this vary, sometimes because of privacy issues if the study involved humans (highly unlikely given most studies of any consequence are double blind).  Most often the reason is more discreet, like ownership issues, patents pending, corporate influence or they have something to hide.

Take for instance this newest revelation, A doctor in chicago is about to lose his FDA license to conduct research because he falsified data.  The Food and Drug Administration said Dr. Daniel Berger "failed to protect the rights, safety and welfare" of patients under his care.  Berger also acknowledges his clinic provided phony data to a drug company but blames a former study coordinator.  It also just happens that Pharmaceutical giants at times have hired him to be their spokesman and consultant.

In addition to being illegal, submitting false data can put lives at risk because the FDA relies on clinical trial results when it decides which drugs to approve, and the guidelines for using these drugs are based on trial results.

And thus the point of the problem that we anti-vaccine bloggers have been trying to make, this being that companies that fund these trials and studies don't want to have adverse reports, they don't want to see data that says their product is dangerous or causes autism. 

If you were a researcher faced with losing further funding for a current project or future funded research opportunities from the Big Pharma companies because you choose to tell the truth about their new drug or vaccine being harmful or you can go along with them and 'interpret' or statistically manipulate the data so that the outcomes are 'safe for humans' and thus the medicine gets approved by the FDA.  If there is no way to 'interpret' the data to a more favorable report for them then the study is usually halted and a 'new' study is invested with 'predetermined' outcomes as the target.

So we have several dynamics at play here.  The pharmaceutical company doesn't want a bad report on a drug they just spent $100 million dollars or more to develop, There is no profit in that.  The researcher who conducted the trial doesn't want to lose the millions of dollars paid for all his hard work in doing the study nor does he want to get blacklisted from future pharma research trials because he reports the truth.

In their own defense, the pharma shills have even started attacking specific bloggers and blogs.  Making them out to be quacks or worse and thus trying to render what they say as invalid or of less import.  Take for instance Dr. Gorski of Science Based Medicine infamy, he recently wrote about how he is the target of a gambit, calling him a big Pharma 'shill'.

He then goes on in this very lengthy piece telling how he takes no pharma monies (that's good) and in general trying to make his detractors look juvenile (that's bad).  And yet in all their articles, no where could I find were they scientifically were able to support their affirmation of thimerosal as safe other than to use the contested studies as proof.  Nor has He or SBM addressed my inquiry concerning adjuvants. 

Instead he/they opt for the very method of debate they so despise, ad hominem attacks on those of us with as much science training as they.  So is it Ad Hominem to ask if you wrote a report for the NIH that was unfavorable would you have to beg even harder the next time for funds Dr. Gorski?  Or would it be easier to make the bad results easier to swallow, fit for sheeple consumption, and keep getting money from that teat.

Again I ask you Dr. Gorski and the SBM clan, why aren't you skeptical of the studies?  Why are you only skeptical of those of us making a few well founded points.

I think its important to say, that we anti-vaccine bloggers are not against vaccines, we are against unsafe vaccines.  Namely, those that contain thimerosal or adjuvants.  If you cannot understand why our complaints are relevant as to the funding of said studies then we truly are in danger.

World Health Organization using Big Pharma Shills as Advisors

WHO in huge Pharma Shill Scandal, go figure.What happens when medical science is influenced by the big money from big Pharma?  The head of the World Health said Tuesday that her decisions about swine flu were not influenced by advisers with links to pharmaceutical companies, which were pointed out in an article this month in the British Medical Journal.

Chan was then defended by Michael Osterholm, Who is the Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP), and also the director of the NIH-supported Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance within CIDRAP.  Wow!  Imagine that he gets his funding from the National Institutes of Health.  Let's not forget the the NIH was the government Pharma shill that touted the Tozzi study as proof that vaccines are safe.  So we have another NIH funded doctor defending other big pharmaceutical company funded doctors who influence and develop the policy that affects our lives and pocket books.  What a sweet heart deal they must have!  Wonder which of the big Pharma give Osterholm funds for his research?

Imagine that, liars at WHODon't remember Margaret Chan?  She as the Director of Health of Hong Kong handled the 1997 H5N1 avian influenza outbreak and the 2003 SARS outbreak.  After the first victim of the H5N1, Chan first tried to reassure Hong Kong residents with her infamous statements like, "I ate chicken last night" or "I eat chicken every day, don't panic, everyone". When many more H5N1 cases appeared, she was criticised for misleading the public.  In the end, she was credited for helping bring the epidemic under control by the slaughter of 1.5 million chickens in the region in the face of stiff political opposition.

Her performance during the SARS outbreak, which ultimately led to 299 deaths, attracted harsh criticism from the Legislative Council of Hong Kong and many SARS victims and their relatives. She was criticised by the Legislative Council for her passiveness, for believing in misleading information shared by the mainland authority, and did not act swiftly.  On the other hand, the SARS expert committee established by the Hong Kong Government to assess its handling of the crisis, opined that the failure was not Chan's fault, but due to the structure of Hong Kong's health care system, in which the separation of the hospital authority from the public health authority resulted in problems with data sharing.

Pathetic.

How long before the public gets a response defending WHO and Chan from the Science Based Medicine Pharma Shills?  Counting down 3, 2, 1...

Obama Now Targeting Constitutionally Protected Militia's

Will America fall or will she once again be a Republic? You Decide.Over the weekend, The FBI and BATF conducted raids on militia groups in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.  As usual the people detained illegally are being held on 'gun charges', the catch all for arrests the government wants effect when there are no real charges to bear upon the intended.

It won't be long now folks and those same thugs will come knocking down your door.  Just ask the Jews how Hitler did them during WWII.

The sad thing about this is that other militia groups would not help this militia group resist tyranny.

It wasn't clear what prompted the raids, but Michael Lackomar, a spokesman for the Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia, said one of his team leaders got a frantic phone call Saturday evening from members of Hutaree, a Christian militia group. They said their property in southeast Michigan was being raided by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, according to Lackomar.

"They said they were under attack by the ATF and wanted a place to hide," Lackomar said. "My team leader said, 'no thanks.'"

The team leader was cooperating with the FBI, Lackomar said. He said SMVM wasn't affiliated with Hutaree, but a handful of Hutaree members twice attended monthly training sessions with his group that focus on survival training and shooting practice.

Sadly, I think when the time comes and there is countrywide oppression, many will respond just as Lackomar did, with a simple 'no thanks'.  This does not bode well for America, Obama and the Commie rats are taking over with nary a shot fired.... Does anyone remember our parents / Granparents talking about – Nikita Khrushchev standing in the U.N. pounding on the table with a shoe and telling us that “We will not have to fire a shot! We will take you from within!”

I remember, and I'm prepared.  Are you?

Largest Food Recall in North American History Coming Soon!

If they destroy the food sources, we are all fucked, including they.Another of the dangers of putting all your eggs in one basket.  I speak of course of Corporate America's tendency to get bigger and bigger while causing the ma and pa shops to close because they cannot compete with the purchasing or production power that a multi-national conglomerate brings to the game.

The same can be said for our food supply.  For years we've watched as corporate monsters such as Archer Daniels Midland, Monsanto Company, and the privately held Cargill forced the family farmer out of business either by corrupting policy coming from Washington or forcing the farmer to purchase only their products due to copyrights and patents being allowed on crop seeds.

So it should be no surprise that the largest manufacturer of HVP (Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein), Basic Food Flavors, a North Las Vegas food ingredient company, was found to have a very large batch of its product laced with salmonella.

A large batch of the flavor enhancer known as hydrolyzed vegetable protein or HVP, supplied by Basic Food Flavors, a North Las Vegas food ingredient company, was found to be laced with salmonella. Thus far, over one hundred products containing the ingredient have been recalled in both the U.S. and Canada. The company produces about 20 million pounds of the food additive annually.

The problem is further exacerbated in that those who purchased the tainted HVP generally mix HVP from differing sources into one large holding area, thus tainting their entire production supply feed.

So how bad is it going to be?  HVP is used in virtually everything that is packaged or canned — 10,000 products may be a conservative estimate.  On March 4, 2010, Basic Food Flavors — who offers the food industry 120 varieties of hydrolyzed vegetable protein or HVP — announced a recall of its entire production dating to September 17, 2009. The Food and Drug Administration is continuously updating the recall list at www.foodsafety.gov. 

You can also see a list of all products being recalled that contain HVP at the FDA website.

Canwest News reports that in Canada, consumers could be exposed to the contaminated batch through imported pre-packaged foods or items manufactured north of the border using the ingredient.

HVP is an MSG-like flavor enhancer that is mixed in with other spices, and added to thousands of processed foods, including chips, dip mixes, salad dressings, sauces, hotdogs, soups, frozen dinners, bouillons, gravy mixes, snacks, and ready-to-eat foods. And unless HVP is part of a flavor mix, HVP may not be listed as an ingredient on a food package.  I would direct my readers attention to the dangers of MSG-like substances (MonoSodium Glutamate).

Is it any wonder so many people shop farmer's markets... companies like Monsanto try to shut them down.  Remember this you big corporate farm dumbasses, when you ruin our crops and genetically contaminate our food supply so that it becomes dangerous to eat, it also means you don't eat.  Is the almighty dollar worth killing everyone in the world?

Is it any wonder our kids are fat?

People of Iceland reject New World Order

The system is starting to fail, people are awakening.I applaud the peoples of Iceland.  Your decision as a country to stand up to the Hegemonic tribe which control the banks in Europe is truly inspiring.  You did not make the debt, you did not tell Britain or the Netherlands to pay back their people after the 'internet' banks failure.

Voter Returns released Sunday with more than 98 percent of ballots counted show 93 percent of voters said "no" in Saturday's referendum, and just 1.8 percent voted yes. The rest were blank or spoiled ballots.

The result reflects Icelanders' anger at bankers and politicians as the tiny island nation struggles to recover from a deep recession.

Britain and the Netherlands want to be reimbursed for money they paid citizens with deposits in Icesave, an Internet bank that collapsed in 2008 along with most of Iceland's banking sector.

I say tough shit to Britain and the Netherlands.  Go Icelanders!!

Greece becomes the First Sovereign State to Join New World Order

Greece becomes first member state of NWOI was wondering which country would be the first to introduce the concepts of the Socialist New World Order.  Greece appears to be the country the powers that wannabe have chosen as a test bed.  It makes sense really, choose a small country, create economic chaos, step in with 'necessary reforms', walla!  Instant New World Order State.

I guess what's appealing about Greece being the first member state of the NWO is that it has a relatively small, not well armed populace.  They tend toward the draconian with regard to police enforcement so measures needed to make sure the NWO system is not overthrown are in place.

What are these changes you ask?

Greece outlined on Tuesday its public sector incomes policy and a tax reform bill, as part of an EU-endorsed plan to increase state revenues and reduce its huge deficit.

One of the more chilling changes, No More Cash in their economy!

From 1. Jan. 2011, every transaction above 1,500 euros between natural persons and businesses, or between businesses, will not be considered legal if it is done in cash. Transactions will have to be done through debit or credit cards.

Then they made sure even those not responsible for the calamity they find themselves in will be as responsible for paying down the debt that the rich and foolish created. 

Everyone needs to contribute clearly to the big effort to save our economy. It is necessary to contain the cost of wages and (have) a just distribution of the burden between workers. 

So Greece, ask not what your country can do for you, ask them to tell you what you will do for your country.  Ahhh... the sweet smell of fascist socialism in the morning.  

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Police and Judges Wonder why Citizens are Uncooperative and Shoot at Them

Chicago police and judges, the two most corrupt organizations in chicagoPolice State or Not, Citizens ultimately decideImagine you are pulled over, given a ticket for Driving Under the Influence (a DUI) and yet you never drank alcohol in your life.  You end up going to court were you are found guilty because of the lying policeman and your sentenced to probation, fines, fees and you have to take time from your busy schedule to attend Alcohol and Driving education classes. 

Would you be angry?  Would you feel the justice system has treated you unfairly?  Would you want to shoot at cops and judges to get revenge?

Then it totally makes sense to me why our society has become untrusting of those persons entrusted with the authority to police our neighborhoods and streets.

In Chicago, Illinois it was found that a Chicago Police Officer Richard Fiorito, will not have criminal charges brought against him by Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez.  Fiorito's crime?  Accused of making hundreds of false DUI arrests.

Welcome to Chicago politics and policing!

If Police, State's Attorneys and Judges won't police and prosecute their own, how long do you think it will be before American citizens start doing it for them?

Wow!  Talk about a fall in popularity even in his own ranks.

I'm not one to conjecture, but this seems to be CONgress critters distancing them selves from a Prez who is destined for failure and one term.

Perhaps, even our liberal brothers and sisters of both houses are starting to understand that the Big O's change is not what they were sold on.

It warms my cold cold heart to see members of CONgress standing their ground, or not where the SOTU concerned, against this traitor.

Brown's election in Massachusetts is protecting us from death panelsChris Matthews was crying in his wheaties yesterday.  He made the statement that Brown's election in Mass. was “deliberate, premeditated murder … of Obamacare”.

What Chris forgets is that Obamacare had its own brand of deliberate, premeditated state sanctioned murder called 'Death Panels'.

Tit for Tat?  Get over it Chris, Brown's Murder is cheaper and more humane.  Hey!  It might even be green!

Democrats: No One Will Hire Without Money! Force the Banks to Make Business Loans!

Free the cash and jobs will be createdI'm just spouting on this one.  It makes me angry that Obama and CONgress are saying, "oh, we get it, the people want jobs, blah blah blah..."  It's more than that.

Don't you clod hoppers get it?  No one is going to hire americans until banks are forced to loosen lending standards for businesses.  Instead of making access to cash easier during this period of recession, the banks have instead made it harder for businesses to borrow.  Businesses are cash starved while banks are giving the very people that have manipulated our economy and have hamstrung businesses huge year end bonuses, again!

Force the Fat Cat Bankers to make cash available for BusinessA majority of congress critters want to audit the fed, and yet here we are waiting for that to happen.  Did I mention the 13 Billion in bonuses to bank management?

No business will hire, no industry will create jobs until banks make cash available so businesses can expand and do what they need to do.

Obama and CONgress critters can spout all day about creating jobs or putting together councils or whatever the hell they think will create jobs, like Obama's new White House Iphone apps, but until you begin to move on banks forcing them to make loans to key sectors of the economy and reset the FED, the American Job market will continue to bleed out...

All I hear are people saying we need to create jobs, we need to stop mortgage foreclosures, etc.  I don't hear CONgress or Obama giving us a plan.  Here is one guy, Mosler, who has a whole list of ideals about how changes to the banking system can made that will solve our economic problems right now.

Gee, come to think of it, this reminds me of my economic recovery plan called GRAPES.

Haiti Status and How You can help

Americans are working hard to help HaitiansWhile we all have the Haitians in our prayers, its important to consider the total devastation that has happened there.  All weekend I've sat back and watched the US media spin the American military and civilian reponse to this calamity as floundering, inept and a repeat of New Orleans. 

I believe nothing could be further from the truth.  For the real truth of what is happening in Haiti and for the most up to date information that is directly from people in Haiti, check out Haitian Truth.

What is it that people don't understand about all the roads being blocked by fallen buildings?  What is it that people don't understand about the airport having to be repaired and a control tower put in place by our US military before any planes can land safely?  What is it that people don't understand about a very small airport being so crowded that airplanes carrying relief supplies from our European friends couldn't land?  Utter Destruction.

The airport apron can only handle one wide-bodied plane and five narrow-bodied planes at a time, plus other aircraft that can be parked on the grass.

"Our intent is as soon as one aircraft departs, another one arrives," said Colonel Buck Elton, commander of the U.S. military directing flights at Haiti's airport.

Now, knowing that we American's are leading a planned and appropriate response to the Haitian disaster don't you feel like helping the peoples of Haiti?

High heeled terrorists... what will they think of next... perhaps she hid the bomb in the stilletto?  I'm sure Janet Napolitano will personally lead the interrogation team in debriefing Ivana.  Is there room at GITMO for the well heeled madame of terror?  Oh, I get it, she was a member of the Patriot Party, you know, those home grown radical terrorists who just happen to believe in the US Constitution.

How ludicrous that we are throwing older white women with blonde as you can get hair from airplanes for being righteously upset about parents failing to control their children in the first class section of an jet.

Instead of addressing her concerns the airport authorities kick her off the plane and let the little brats run rampant.  How's that for the new, change and hope enabled America?  Feeling the brotherly love yet?

All this from Napolitano, who Instead of paying attention to the real terrorists, the ones with a particular profile as Ann Coulter so aptly pointed out:

Hmmm... Come to think of it, Napolitano kinda fits that profile!  That explains a whole lot.

We have the chance people, the chance in 2010 to stem the 'red tide' flowing over America right now.  If we can place 'true' conservatives in both houses of CONgress, with enough numbers that they can impeach the imposter-in-chief then we can turn this great country around.  It means not electing RINO's (Republican in Name Only) like Mark Kirk.  It means sending Reid and Pelosi packing.

We must settle for nothing less than a full take over of CONgress and the impeachment of Obama.  If we fail, it will mean an uprising the likes of which are even greater than the civil war.

Some just aint right in Wytheville.Wonder what constitutional right will disappear now?Sad as the current hostage scenario is at the Post Office in Wytheville and with all due respect to the families of those held in clutch of a nutcase, I have to believe this is some sort of ruse by our Government or it's the beginning of a long train of similar events as people in our country start to buckle to the pressure of a cash and work stressed economy under the Obama Administrations ongoing failure to stop unemployment and companies from folding left and right.

Some facts that have come out about the Wytheville Post Office hostage situation.

  1. Suspect missing one leg
  2. Suspect in a wheelchair
  3. Suspect asks for food
  4. Suspect has 5 pounds of Plastic Explosives strapped to his body.

So where does a poor guy with no leg in a wheelchair get Military Grade Explosive Ordinance?  Hmmm... another US Gov. False Flag operation intended to sway the public to another round of rights bashing and abrogation?

Hope I'm wrong, but it Wouldn't surprise me one bit...

who is that masked man in a black suit?A new draft executive order on national security classification and declassification policy is expected to be presented to President Obama this week for his personal resolution of issues which remain in dispute among policymakers and affected agencies, especially intelligence agencies.

This marks the first time since the first Bush Administration, nearly two decades ago, that a President has needed to make a final determination on the contents of an executive order because staffers and agencies were unable to reach a consensus view.

The hotly disputed issues are believed to include the composition of the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel, including whether it should include representatives of ODNI or CIA or both, and whether the intelligence agencies should continue to have the veto over Panel declassification decisions that was granted by the George W. Bush Administration.

The final order, which is likely to be issued before the end of December, is expected among other things to direct agencies to conduct a Fundamental Classification Guidance Review in order to eliminate obsolete classification requirements, and to establish a National Declassification Center to coordinate and expedite declassification of historical records, as described in a previous draft dated August 4, 2009.

Climategate part Deux - Copenhagen headed for Crash and Global Burn

Stop Global Warming Legislation!Good thing the Goreacle made his house green, seems he will need the savings to support his lifestyle after his short tenure as the Progenitor of the current Global Warming Hoax ends due to dishonest science.  Perhaps he can use his position as creator of the tubenet to push more faux science at us... shit, as much electricity as Gore's house uses he probably has a server farm there anyway or he's electrically torturing global warming skeptics into zombie believers.  Even ex-President Bush was better at making his home green, although I detest the unconstitutional policies he thrust upon Americans.

Consider me a global warming denier!A few months back I wrote about the Global Warming Hoax and how there are just as many scientist who are against it, if not more, as there are for it.  It still leaves me asking, How come I need a Winter Coat with all this Global Warming?  Winters have not gotten warmer or milder here in Northern Illinois, just a few hundred kilometers below the artic circle; in fact, one would almost expect to see russia across the water as cold as it gets here.  Not to mention, we had fewer 100 degree F days this last summer than I can remember in a long time.

It really surprises me the tenacity with which Gore is sticking to his over-heated climate guns on this, considering the disproven science, now called 'Climategate', he used to promote it.  The same faux science that won him an Oscar for 'An Inconvienent Truth' and a Nobel Peace Prize in 2007 shared with the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.  Even though global warming is turning out to be a lie, that has not stopped a previously intelligent Governor Arnold from endorsing it even going so far as to say Palin’s full of hot air on climate change, while former Governor Palin asked Arnold how that climate driven green push is working out for his California citizens.

This all leaves us wondering, Will the White House Comrade resolve the Impasse in Copenhagen?  I don't think so.  However, Obama's reasons for championing Copenhagen are not the same as those of the people that invited him there, just ask Lord Monckton what he thinks the real reason behind Obama support for climate lies and faux science are.

While all that should have laid this Hoax to rest weeks ago, it seems the Russians just dumped the final shovel full of cold dirt on the global warming coffin.  Feast your eyes on this news release from Rionovosta (deleted by the Marxist tribe at google with an hour, now back up!), via the Ria Novosti agency (bottom entry: Russia affected by Climategate), posted on Icecap. What did the Russians say?

Climategate has already affected Russia. On Tuesday, the Moscow-based Institute of Economic Analysis (IEA) issued a report claiming that the Hadley Center for Climate Change based at the headquarters of the British Meteorological Office in Exeter ( Devon, England ) had probably tampered with Russian-climate data.

The IEA believes that Russian meteorological-station data did not substantiate the anthropogenic global-warming theory. Analysts say Russian meteorological stations cover most of the country’s territory, and that the Hadley Center had used data submitted by only 25% of such stations in its reports. Over 40% of Russian territory was not included in global-temperature calculations for some other reasons, rather than the lack of meteorological stations and observations.

The data of stations located in areas not listed in the Hadley Climate Research Unit Temperature UK (HadCRUT) survey often does not show any substantial warming in the late 20th century and the early 21st century.

The HadCRUT database includes specific stations providing incomplete data and highlighting the global-warming process, rather than stations facilitating uninterrupted observations.

On the whole, climatologists use the incomplete findings of meteorological stations far more often than those providing complete observations.

IEA analysts say climatologists use the data of stations located in large populated centers that are influenced by the urban-warming effect more frequently than the correct data of remote stations.

The scale of global warming was exaggerated due to temperature distortions for Russia accounting for 12.5% of the world’s land mass. The IEA said it was necessary to recalculate all global-temperature data in order to assess the scale of such exaggeration.

Global-temperature data will have to be modified if similar climate-date procedures have been used from other national data because the calculations used by COP15 analysts, including financial calculations, are based on HadCRUT research.

In short, the Russians are saying that the entire global temperature record used by the IPCC to inform world government policy is a crock.

Imagine that!

It makes me wonder what a google search for the following keywords would turn up:  green technology, Soros, Schwarzenegger, investments, Buffett, Obama, Google, global warming.  I'm sure they have all invested in a green company somewhere to benefit from the lies... It's all about the money, of course.

Now why would Obama need 200 million rounds of Ammo?

Share Building the camps, arm the goons, round up citizens...Winchester Ammunition was recently awarded a contract by the Immigration, Customs and Enforcement (ICE) division of the Department of Homeland Security to supply a maximum of 200 million, 40 cal. rounds over the next five years.

The load selected for this contract is a 135-grain, hollow point designed for the office of Field Operations of Customs and Border Protection. It will fall under the Winchester Ranger line.

The question is will those weapons be pointing into our borders our out?

Vaccine Induced Autism: Early Intervention or Real Science Based Medicine?

We know big pharma caused autism, we just don't know how, until now...While we wait for doctors to finally own up to the travesty that is the current vaccine industry and stop hiding behind the CDC and WHO corporatocracy, real science based medical research (unlike the 'science' being promoted by these guys) is being conducted by people who actually care about the citizens and most especially the children of America.

 

During its research into the application of neuroscience in business, a New Jersey based think tank, The Center for Modeling Optimal Outcomes®, LLC (The Center) made an inadvertent and amazing discovery.

Autism saddens me... all the suffering children.The Center examined the neuroscientific dynamics of logic and emotion in decision making while researching neuroscience in business. They found unique corollary relationships between various brain chemicals (neurohormones, neurotransmitters, etc.). This apparent pattern led to a new path of research for the team outside of business.

Through the application of their model, it became apparent that autism is an outcome of several variables that, when the homeostatic relationship of each one is disrupted, a "perfect storm" scenario results in autism. The application of the model identified several of the variables that account for why boys have a 4 to 1 ratio of instances over girls as well as why not every boy is affected.


While the scientific community will have to validate The Center's findings, the model for assessing homeostatic relationships indicates the "trigger" behind autism is an imbalance between a pair of amino acid neurotransmitters; glutamate and glycine.

Autism was one of most difficult illnesses The Center had attempted to analyze. If it hadn't been for so many parents insisting that vaccines were responsible for the condition, we might never have found the fact that the stabilizer in MMR and a few other vaccines is hydrolyzed gelatin; a substance that is approximately 21% glycine. It appears that, based on readily verifiable science, the use of that form of glycine triggers an imbalance between the amino acid neurotransmitters responsible for the absorption rate of certain classes of cells throughout the body.

Let's hope this new find withstands the rigorous scientific verification it deserves.  1 in 150 children in America deserve to know why they have Autism.

Will the US CONgress and Obama learn from the Hondurans?

It's time to elect a whole new congress, no incumbents!Zelaya should count his blessings, he could have been tree fertilizer.  I want to congratulate the Honduran Congress and Supreme Court for standing by their people and deposing this tin-pot dictator before he could do any real damage to their country.  Adios Comrade Zelaya.  Perhaps Venezuelans will wake up to Hugo's crap soon... but I digress.

I'm a suspect because I'm PatrioticHere in America we are just now waking up to the socialist takeover, and we are fighting back.  I don't think we are at the point were we have to ship Obama, Pelozi and Reid off to Guantanamo bay yet, but I can see that happening if they continue to ignore the very people that elected them.

Our position is particularly perilous because our CONgress is complicit.  I've long believed your part of the problem or your part of the solution and its confirmed that CONgress is part of the problem.

That's why myself and Sentiant (blogacause owner) are going to do everything we can to campaign against one of the traitors in CONgress, Mark Kirk.  This guy was one of the Cap and Trade traitors whose yes vote allowed the bill to pass, the financial repercussions of which will be deleterious on our economy for decades to come.  It will hurt our children and their children.

We must also be careful that we don't allow current congress critters to use our tea party movement to benefit their re-elections, the whole ideal is to get them out of office.

Wake Up American.  The wolf is at the door and he is hungry, is your gun handy?

White House Using DinnerGate to Draw our Attention away from What Really Matters

If Obama can't protect his White House how can we expect him to protect the borders?I would not be surprised if the whole Party Crashing fiasco at the Obama White House's first Dignitary dinner was a planned event, to distract american's from his new world order agenda.

It's all too cozy, rolling off the presses to easy, for me to believe this was not scripted for sheeple consumption. 

People!  You need to turn off the TV when the main stream media runs this crap constantly.  Send them the message that we expect real reporting and not this social dribble.

Has the United States become a people likened to dogs eating their own puke?  Do you care more about two people seeking fame than you do the fact that Obama has spent $3 Trillion of your tax dollars in his first 9 months of office?

Wake up you dullards!  Shake off the slumber of the Hollywood intoxicant!  Fight for your Rights and the financial well-being of your children.

And if, and this is a big if, these people really did gate crash a White House Party, then it begs the question... If Obama can't protect his White House how can we expect him to protect the borders?

Obamacare Not Good Enough for Obama and CONgress and their Families

CONgress and the President should have to live under the laws the passDoes it make you angry that CONgress and Obama and have lied about the healthcare bill from day one?

Does it make you angry that Obama and his family, CONgress and their families will never live under the threat of jail and fines if they don't get this healthcare insurance they want to foist upon us because they have exempted themselves?

Does it make you angry that it will cost over $4 Trillion over a 10 year period?

Does it make you angry that illegal aliens and even legal aliens that hate America and her people will get to use our healthcare at our expense?

I say we refuse to accept the mandates of this healthcare bill.  We refuse to pay for this insurance and we refuse to pay any fines or taxes until CONgress either drops the bill or makes it so that they and their families have to live under the same bull shit law they want to force down our throats.

So It Begins With Britain's Internet - America Next

Obama wants to fundamentally change our internet, no more dissent...THE HARBINGER OF INTERNET FASCISM TO COME 

The British government has enacted their new Digital Economy Bill.  Sounds all warm and fuzzy enough... until you read that it consists almost entirely of penalties for people who do things that upset the entertainment industry (including the "three-strikes" rule that allows your entire family to be cut off from the net if anyone who lives in your house is accused of copyright infringement, without proof or evidence or trial), as well as a plan to beat the hell out of the video-game industry with a new rating system that has no merit.

But that's not all, how about a £50,000 fine if someone in your house is accused of filesharing.  They are also mandating that ISPs spy on all their customers just in case they find something that would help the record or film industry sue them (ISPs who refuse to cooperate can be fined £250,000).

But the worst is yet to come, Britain's Business Secretary, would have the power to make up as many new penalties and enforcement systems as he likes. And he says he's planning to appoint private militias financed by rightsholder groups who will have the power to kick you off the internet, spy on your use of the network, demand the removal of files or the blocking of websites, and Mandelson will have the power to invent any penalty, including jail time, for any transgression he deems you are guilty of.

COMING TO AMERICA SOON!

Lest you American sheeple think your safe from Big Brother, Senator Jay Rockefeller ( D ) West Virginia (of course it would be a Rockefeller, you know, that fine upstanding family that wants to control everything and get rid of 5 billion humans just because there are too many of them), proposed S.773: The Cybersecurity Act of 2009 which appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.  Remember the words of Rahm Emanuel, 'Never let an crisis go to waste...'.

Gee, I wonder what fun things Dear Leader Obama would have in store for our tweets and blog entries and online conservative news sites during a national crisis?

Republicans on the other hand (amazing since I blame them and Bush for most of the problems we have right now.) have introduced legislation, the "Global Online Freedom Act of 2009" that proposes an "Office of Global Internet Freedom," which would monitor any moves by U.S. companies to filter or limit their Internet search results in foreign countries.

In addition, if a company receives a user-information request from a foreign government for "other than legitimate law enforcement purposes," such as tracking down dissidents, the U.S. Attorney General could order the company not to comply -- potentially setting it up for an impasse with local authorities.

WHAT CAN WE DO? 

We can start by being informed and staying informed about legislation in our respectiive states and at the Federal level.  I recommend you monitor each of the following federal government pages for proposed legislation that could abridge our rights on the internet.

You will have to search for your respective state's web pages about proposed legislation.  I recommend you use IXQuick.com for searches related to our government because they don't keep track of your searches like Google, Yahoo or Microsoft.  Do you really want to trust Google, whose in bed with the CIA, with your political searches?

UPDATE:

100 Day Countdown to National Broadband Policy Looms:  This article details why we must have a policy, which I agree with, but we must ensure that the policy is not crafted by industry giants like Comcast.  A policy would give us a better internet in terms of safety, speed, reliability.  We must be prepared to say no to additions to the policy which would impinge our freedoms though.
