From the Magic Negro to the Wisened Latina; the DC Circus is in full swing

So everyone is aware by now that our Dear Leader has put forth the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor for Justice of the Supreme Court of the land. I think the Republicans are doing a crappy job of derailing the wise latina who hopes to bring the old world ways, 3rd world mentality even, to our intellectually superior judicial shores. And if wise latina are so together then why are 90 percent of the hispanic countries still living in such squalor and poverty or fighting amongst themselves?
Perhaps she is more wise than the old white men who inhabit congressional halls. So I doubt we will see any real cajones from them, hell, Sotomayor will probably bring a bigger pair to the carnival. But then those white men wouldn't want to offend the hispanic constituents who only account for 10 percent of the population here in the US, and most of that subset is of illegal US residency status to boot. Fence anyone?
I have some questions for Ms. Sotomayor since our elected droolers can't seem to find their wits in this confirmation.
- If you were a member of the Honduran Supreme Court, would you have defended the Honduran constitution as they did last week in ruling against the sitting president who was attempting to subvert the constitution there?
- From the now reversed decision concerning the white fire-fighters being discriminated against in the Ricci vs. DeStefano discrimination case, how would you have voted had they been all hispanic or all black?
- Since you've not had children, do you feel your qualified to judge a case involving abortion rights or family matters?
- Why have you never married and would you be qualified to judge family issues?
- What don't you like about our constitution?
- What do you like about our constitution?
- Will you defend all of the tenets of the constitution even if you disagree with them?
I've got many many more, so hopefully this will give some of you dullard republicans in the senate some brain fodder to start asking questions that will reveal this woman for the legal charlatan she is.
