Police and Judges Wonder why Citizens are Uncooperative and Shoot at Them

Imagine you are pulled over, given a ticket for Driving Under the Influence (a DUI) and yet you never drank alcohol in your life. You end up going to court were you are found guilty because of the lying policeman and your sentenced to probation, fines, fees and you have to take time from your busy schedule to attend Alcohol and Driving education classes.
Would you be angry? Would you feel the justice system has treated you unfairly? Would you want to shoot at cops and judges to get revenge?
Then it totally makes sense to me why our society has become untrusting of those persons entrusted with the authority to police our neighborhoods and streets.
In Chicago, Illinois it was found that a Chicago Police Officer Richard Fiorito, will not have criminal charges brought against him by Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez. Fiorito's crime? Accused of making hundreds of false DUI arrests.
Welcome to Chicago politics and policing!
If Police, State's Attorneys and Judges won't police and prosecute their own, how long do you think it will be before American citizens start doing it for them?
