Hopes American's won't make the Obama change mistake againSorry to be Captain Obvious about this Dear Leader Obama and Taxinator Schwarzenegger, but you won't find too many good points on running a fiscally responsible government in the 'Government for Dummies' guide book.  You could however take some cliff-notes from a moose hunting mom from Alaska.  Like most mom's she runs a tight ship, do note that she can balance her budget, cut expenditures, and raise a few kids all while being Alaska's Governor.  If anyone in history ever had the right to say, "I told ya so...", Sarah Palin is that person.

hahahahah... yes we can tell ya so...Today in what was certainly a rebuke of the Obamanation's tax and spend socialist ideology, Glen Beck blasted the leftinistas for giving us exactly what we don't need, bigger government, bigger national debt, bigger muslim terror, bigger illegal immigration.  Glenn Beck talked about the financial crisis and the wisdom of Alaska under (Governor Palin's direction) vs. the stupidity of progressive state governments (like, say, Schwarzenegger's California).

A few stats about Alaska's excellent record of fiscal responsibility with the peoples resources and tax dollars.  The ice hockey mom has socked away:

  • at least $7.6 billion in a bank account that she could be spending on moose museums named after Sarah Palin, instead its in the Alaska General Fund with much more in anciliary funds.
  • at least $1 billion in an education fund for the next school year, and education officials say there's another billion that's expected to go into the fund this year.
  • So their two years of survival includes putting away a billion dollars for future school expenses, and Sarah Palin's reaction to all of this, she's calling for another $268 million to be cut out of the budget. Reductions.  But she's still cutting the pork rinds and chitlins.

So please Mr. Obama and Mr. Schwarzenegger, throw away the Federal Reserves' "Tax and Spend for Dummies" and watch a real leader navigate her state thru a countries fiscal crisis.  Take Notes now, wouldn't want you making the same mistakes again...

FBI afraid to offend a black POTUS, won't investigate radicalized black muslims

Looking around for my book on how to have a Holy Crusade...Don't do anything that would hurt your career, even if its the right thing to do.  With a culture of fear and intimidation already prevalent at the FBI, it seems Dear Black Leader Obama's narcissistic predilections will mean a fundamentally less safe America.

Buckwheat Obama's got a surprise for AmericaOne soldier was murdered, another critically wounded by a lone gunman who began shooting from a pickup truck.

Police quickly apprehended a suspect, radical black muslim Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, a 21-year-old African-American man and recent prison convert to Islam. In his vehicle, police recovered an SKS rifle and two handguns. Muhammad reportedly admitted to the shootings and claimed he had specifically targeted U.S. military personnel; he stated had more soldiers been in the parking lot, he would have shot them too.

A disturbing aspect of the attack is that Muhammad had been brought to the FBI’s attention months ago, according to ABC News.

But U.S. counterterror teams may have been intentionally prevented from investigating radicalized converts to Islam:

Several weeks ago, STRATFOR heard from sources that the FBI and other law enforcement organizations had been ordered to “back off” of counterterrorism investigations into the activities of Black Muslim converts. At this point, it is unclear to us if that guidance was given by the White House or the Department of Justice, or if it was promulgated by the agencies themselves, anticipating the wishes of President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder.
This in conjunction with Black Attorney General Holder's interference with the legal preceedings against the New Black Panthers who impeded and intimidated white voters at a polling station in Philadelphia, this could lead one to surmise that Black Americans have become a protected race in America.  Shades of South Africa anyone?

Does anybody out there have any memory of the reason given for the establishment of the DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY during the Carter Administration?  

Anybody?

Anything?

No?  

Didn't think so!  Bottom line... we've spent several hundred billion dollars in support of an agency... the reason for which not one person who reads this can remember.
 
Ready?  It was very simple... and at the time everybody thought it very appropriate.

The Department of Energy was instituted  8-04-1977 TO LESSEN  OUR DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN OIL. 

Hey, huh?!

AND NOW IT'S 2008, 31 YEARS LATER  ... AND THE BUDGET FOR THIS NECESSARY DEPARTMENT IS AT $24.2 BILLION A YEAR and THEY HAVE 16,000 FEDERAL EMPLOYEES  AND APPROXIMATELY 100,000 CONTRACT EMPLOYEES AND LOOK AT THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE!

THIS IS WHERE YOU SLAP YOUR FOREHEAD AND SAY 'WHAT WAS I THINKING WHEN I VOTED FOR OBAMA?'

Ah yes, good ole bureaucracy.  And NOW we are going to turn the Banking System & the Auto Industry over to people who are dumber than a peanut farmer?  God Help Us!!!!

Dear Leader Hussein Not So Transparent as the Media Would Have Us Believe

Look another taxpayer, get their money!While everyone is talking about the pork laden stimulus that Hussein and many Democrats in Congress are pushing, President Hussein very quietly signed a pro union executive order on Friday.  It ordered the use of union labor for federal construction projects.  Is this one of the payoffs that were supposed to 'change'? 

Michael Steele has made the following statement.  "President Obama's executive order will drive up the cost of government at a time when we should be doing everything possible to save taxpayer dollars.  Federal contracts should go to the businesses that can offer taxpayers the best value - not just the unions who supported the Democrats' campaigns last year.  Quietly signing executive orders to payback campaign backers undermines Obama promise to change Washington. It is a disappointment for Americans hoping for more transparency and less politics as usual in Washington."

I would have to agree with everything the chairman said.  It is nothing less than a payoff to the unions who supported his campaign with both money and troops.  And the fact that it was done with no media coverage shows that he once again is trying to slip one by Americans, which is anything but transparent.

I haven't been hearing this on the news have you?  Of course not, it would mean he's not doing his part for the Bilderberg group.

In Defense of Ed Henry

Share Obama Thinks, News to me

During Hussein's recent press conference during which he tried to sell the sheeple more mom and apple pie, a gentleman by the name of Ed Henry of CNN asked "Our Dear Leader" why he didn't spew outrage as soon as he learned about the AIG bonuses. Why, Mr. Henry asked, did the president wait several days before speaking out?

The Dear Leader, with an icy stare, responded that he "likes to know what he's talking about" before he speaks.  Umm, sorry Hussein, but this was a no (or is that know?) brainer on the outrage page, it took all of 5 seconds for me to get angry and do something about it, yet you took several days...  But then of course you probably had to wait a few days for the oft vacationing banksters to get back to you with scripted comments suitable for sheeple consumption.

For those twitterwits out there that thought Mr. Henry got shot down, lets do the math here.  Hussein is a sitting President of the United States which pretty much makes him the most informed individual on the planet, what with his morning, noon and night briefings.  So for him to feign ignorance let alone say he likes to know what he is talking about is to imply that the "Dear Leader" is not as on top of things as we would like to hear.  Mr. Henry asked a good question and I certainly hope he keeps the cahones to ask some even harder ones.

As to you, "Dear Leader" Hussein, spending 7 Trillion American dollars over the next ten years, I can see you know what your talking about there also.  Your children and mine will be swimming in your fiscal gaff their entire lives.  But there is hope, you should read my GRAPES plan for bringing the United States out of this economic mess you and your cronies created.  Imagine that!

On April 11, 2009 at 2pm ET/11am PT, there will be protests in cities across the country to break the power of the financial industry and the bankers that caused the current economic crisis. With growing frustration over unemployment, foreclosures and how the government has responded to the economic crisis so far, a web organizing platform, http://www.anewwayforward.org, has emerged to allow people and groups to organize around a progressive approach to economic recovery. The ground up, localized organizing effort to influence national policy is expected to culminate in at least one protest in every state.

"Through campaign money and lobbyists, the financial industry has been pushing politicians to protect their interests in these hard economic times," said one of the website creators. "It's time for the public to demand that Congress and the Obama administration put the well being of all people over the greed of the bankers. Our government will continue to be corrupted by the financial industry if people don't speak out and demand that Congress put the public interest first in everything they do."

The website proposes three key principles for economic reform:

NATIONALIZE: Insolvent banks that are too big to fail must incur a FDIC intervention -- no more taxpayer handouts.

REORGANIZE: Current CEOs and board members must be removed and bonuses wiped out. The financial elite must share in the cost of what they have caused.

DECENTRALIZE: Banks must be broken up and sold back to the private market with new antitrust rules in place-- new banks managed by new people.

The site allows anyone to sign up their city for a protest and begin working out the details with other local protesters in designated forums. Though each protest will be executed differently by different groups of people, the website provides a national community that will help draw attention, support and resources to the local efforts.

"We expect the unemployed, the foreclosed, the Obama supporters, the progressives, and those who are seeing their country slip away, to make their voice heard -- this country can't be hijacked by the banks anymore," said one of the website creators. "People will come out of the woodwork and lead others to express our majority opinion and our public will."

According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, 11.6 million people are unemployed as of January, 2009 and home foreclosures were up 81 percent in 2008 from the previous year. Americans are disappointed with how the legislative process has failed to represent their daily concerns. They are angry that CEOs at bailed-out banks continue to get $100 million bonuses while economic stimulus and foreclosure prevention legislation gets watered down by Democratic and Republican conservatives in Congress at the behest of big finance.

The website is designed as a tool for the public to proactively gain influence over their elected officials, even if they lack the financial and political resources. The national protest and the sentiment behind them are a way to show the government that voting citizens across the country are paying attention and they demand action on the economy that protects them, not the bankers.

No more dual citizen or naturalized citizen government employees!

yoga guru from indiaIn another surprising development, Hussein had to put Vivek Kundra on a "leave of absence".  I've said this before Hussein and I'll say it again and again and again til you get it, YOU CANNOT SOLVE PROBLEMS USING THE SAME PEOPLE THAT CREATED THE PROBLEMS.  Let's add a codicile to that, you can't solve american problems with third world minds either, and it doesn't really matter if they were raised here or not.  Vivek Kundra was born in New Delhi, India. His parents immigrated to Tanzania, where he grew up. Kundra speaks Swahili as his first language. His family moved to the United States when he was 11.  Check out this rense article for more info on "Who Is Vivek Kundra".


Vivek is not a good choice for any government position for several reasons, first he has the mentality of a New Delhi bazaar stall owner, not to mention its been trained into his mind for the first 11 years of his life to live like these incredibly corrupt east indians.  Oh and then he grew up in Tanzania, yeah, there's a country with American Ideals about freedom and technology, a laptop in every mud hut getting electricity from the cow walking in circles attached to the generator.


Did I fail to mention his first language is Swahili?  This means his parents, rather than doing what good people who immigrate to the United States do and that is learn the language of Americans, spoke their homeland languages at home.  Yeah, they really loved being in America.


Now we find out there was corruption, graft, payoffs and cronyism among his employees at his old job as the District of Columbia's Chief Technology Officer.  Imagine that, someone with the mind of a bazaar thief raised in a mud hut running a government office wherein people have been arrested for bribery, and I'm sure none of that money got into his sticky little fingers.


Why not hire an American?  You know, one of those people born here, raised here, and in tune with our ways, beliefs and technology.  Send this clown back to the swami and get a real American!

Do you know what your Senators and Representatives are doing while you sleep?

All hail Hussein, the imposter POTUSSince information is the real power lets start getting rid of the people that have caused the problems.  One thing that needs to happen pretty much now, is the american people need to stop re-electing the same fool's to office.  I recommend the following voting guide lines:

If the person has been in office for two terms or more then vote for the other guy.  No one person should be able to consolidate within an elected office.  This leads to piggyism, you know, that propensity that elected politicians have for spending others peoples money on pet projects.  I realize this will be hard to do, after all, its hard to give up all those perks that an incumbent brings back to the office.  That though is the problem, those perks, are often directed to the military-industrial complex that the Honorable President Eisenhower warned you about.

I also recommend that you begin to study your elected officials, in-depth.  I recommend you take a look at the Sunshine Review website, The mission of Sunshine Review is to create a place where regular people have the opportunity to breathe new life into the political system by demanding a transparent and honest government. Sunshine Review collects and shares information about government transparency, openness and accountability at the state and local level.

Why wait?  Do it now!  Your child's children will call you blessed.

Does being a snarky pundit really help in political affairs?

OK sentiant, I've thought about what you said about giving hussein 100 days to prove up.  I will not do that simply because a common street lawyer is incapable of turning around the woes that have befallen this great country.

What I will do however is take a more proactive approach.  Instead of pointing out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the man and his plan (which are surprisingly easy), I will instead write about the issue or area of national concern, tell you why hussein's plan won't work to solve the issue or concern, and then give a plan that will.  Much the same way I did concerning the bailout alternative plan called GRAPES.

The problem is not money or people to execute the plan, it's developing a plan that will do it's intended function and not cause more social or economic harm in the future because of it's implementation.

So, I'll let all the snarky pundits do what they do best... as for me I prefer solutions.

Does Obama know what one TRILLION dollars looks like?

Found this on webtutor.com.  I've made the point that the common street lawyer impersonating the POTUS known as Hussein cannot possibly understand what a trillion dollars is.  But, My readers can!  

What does one TRILLION dollars look like?

All this talk about "stimulus packages" and "bailouts"...

A billion dollars...

A hundred billion dollars...

Eight hundred billion dollars...

One TRILLION dollars...

What does that look like? I mean, these various numbers are tossed around like so many doggie treats, so I thought I'd take Google Sketchup out for a test drive and try to get a sense of what exactly a trillion dollars looks like.

We'll start with a $100 dollar bill. Currently the largest U.S. denomination in general circulation. Most everyone has seen them, slighty fewer have owned them. Guaranteed to make friends wherever they go.

A packet of one hundred $100 bills is less than 1/2" thick and contains $10,000. Fits in your pocket easily and is more than enough for week or two of shamefully decadent fun.

Believe it or not, this next little pile is $1 million dollars (100 packets of $10,000). You could stuff that into a grocery bag and walk around with it.

$1,000,000 (one million dollars)

While a measly $1 million looked a little unimpressive, $100 million is a little more respectable. It fits neatly on a standard pallet...

$100,000,000 (one hundred million dollars)

And $1 BILLION dollars... now we're really getting somewhere...

$1,000,000,000 (one billion dollars)

Next we'll look at ONE TRILLION dollars. This is that number we've been hearing so much about. What is a trillion dollars? Well, it's a million million. It's a thousand billion. It's a one followed by 12 zeros.

You ready for this?

It's pretty surprising.

Obamessiah Reveals His Human Rights Policy

Surprise, we don't care about the tortured chinese citizens!Don't say I didn't tell ya so folks.  Step-and-Fetch Hilary vowed not to let human rights concerns hinder cooperation with China.  The Secretary of State said that China, America's largest creditor, can play a key role in combatting the global economic crisis.  Uh?  At what expense?  A life or two?  Several million lives?  Is this the policy of a benevolent and caring Obamessiah?

Considering everyone else in the world is defaulting on their monetary obligations We should be telling the chinese where the buck stops if they don't get the human rights issue resolved post haste.  In other words, If you want those dollars to be good come spending time you better start behaving like humans instead of animals.  And then we need to send about 40,000 of their scientist spies back on home to show we mean business.

Hey Hilary, when your done being the house whigger in china, take a look at a real report on the "Status of the Chinese People".

In my way of thinking it is unlawful to aid and abet criminals and yet that is what the Master of the White House just said we are going to do.  And to add insult to injury, you've told the world that the greatest nation ever would turn a blind eye to the crimes against humans perpetrated by the evil regime in control of china. 

Take a look at this Hilary, if you dare.  I wonder if you know how brutal the torture is that is happening in China labor camps?  It should chill the blood in your heart when you see this kind of inhuman crime which is happening in today’s modern world!

Obama already failing fiscal responsibility

When President Bush took office, the total national debt was $5.6 trillion.  It now stands at $10,641,637,452,793 as of the writing of this entry.  Some simple math tells us that in 8 years, Bush and Thugs put Americans further into debt at an unprecedented $5 trillion, which breaks down to about $650 billion per year in new debt!

In the type of omen that should really only happen in horror movies, President-elect Obama in his infinite wisdom as savior for America has decided to continue the Americans fleeced again, Obama the tax robber!unchecked spending of our blood, sweat and tears tax money to kick start our economy.  The amount he wants to spend:  $850 billion!

Keep in mind that he wants to waste our public trust just as soon as he can, by signing this "economic revitalization bill" into law the day he takes office.  So, upon his first day in office as the leader of the free world, he will have frittered away more public funds than it took Bush and Thugs more than a year to waste.  For those who are numerically challenged, this represents almost 20% of the $5 trillion Bush and Thugs wasted in 8 years!  And He is doing this on his first day in office!

Some of the people that Obama called upon in making this disasterous decision to be so fiscally irresponsible were Lawrence B. Lindsey, a top economic adviser to President George W. Bush during his first term, and Harvard professor Martin Feldstein, an informal John McCain adviser and the chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers under President Ronald Reagan.  I see you don't know the well known axiom that, "you cannot solve a problem with the same thinking that caused the problem."  And each of these individuals are part of the problem.

President-elect Obama, I gave you a sound blue-print for getting our economy back on its feet.  In that entry I laid out the reasons your plan will fail, I would further point out it will take two years to implement your plan and even then there is no guarantee that it will work, not to mention it will show Wall Street and the rest of the world that your fiscal policy is worse than your predecessor.  The plan I offered will take less than a month to implement, the benefits will be apparent immediately and it won't be possible for cronyism to leech it to death.

Thanks for the change, cuz that's all we're getting after your done with this great country, chump change (if that!).

Predictions for the New Obama “Presidency” by Kit Lang

It doesn't get any more real than this folks.  Any gamblers out there want to place their bets for or against Ms. Lange?  I think I'll bet for her.  She did however forget one prediction and that is that I'm predicting Obama will raid the Federal coffers to give American blacks the reparations they been bleating about for the past 10 years.  I also doubt Obama will tell Israel they are on their own, he's too beholden to the money they gave his campaign.

My Predictions for the New Obama "Presidency"

Now that America has shown us all that affirmative action even works in politics, I've compiled a list of things that you can probably expect to happen.  These predictions are 80% gleaned from information all of us have access to, and 15% gut instinct based on many years of research, historical study, and being glued to current affairs.  The other 5% is just anger at my countrymen's stupidity--I admit it.

- Websites and mass emails offering "free grants," courtesy of the government and "Obama's wealth redistribution." Actually, this one's a freebie, because I have an email with a date and timestamp of literally minutes after Obama was declared the winner, offering exactly that.

- Israel will understand this election was the end of any type of assistance, military or otherwise, from the U.S. , and will stop holding back their defense at the request of the American administration.  Look for a first strike on Iran soon, as well as increased activity by the Israeli military in general.  Israel is on her own now, and God help us all because of it.

- Look for Iranian retaliation--against American targets.  That goes doubly for other terrorist organizations.  We just elected a man with the full endorsement of every major terrorist group in the world as leader of the free world.  It's the political equivalent of hiring a child molester to babysit your kids while you leave for the weekend.  Not only is HE going to have fun with your child, but he'll probably sit and watch while his friends come over and do it too.

- Look for far-left justices appointed to the Supreme Court, effectively tying up the entire government in a trifecta of liberal humanism, the buzzwords of which remain empty platitudes like "hope and change," and the ultimate goal of which is socialism--and soon, sharia law.

- Military cases of troops being tried and convicted for killing the enemy in combat will continue to rise--and the conviction/plea-bargain rate will stay at nearly 100%, as the government seeks to use the best men and women this country has to offer as sacrificial lambs on the altar of global appeasement.  Those brave and honorable men who currently reside in prison cells across the country, stripped of their rank, their careers, families, and their good name, will not taste free air again for many years.  Their sacrifices and their stories will be forgotten by the general public, remembered only by those of us who continue to fight for them.

- Look for the slow but steady erosion of rights you have enjoyed for your entire lives--all the while being told it's "for your own good."  Restrictions on gun ownership, home schooling, encouraged dependence on the ever-growing federal government.  More nanny-state provisions will be put into place to protect the "disadvantaged" and the "poor," read that as: lazy, uneducated, unwilling to better themselves) even while groups like the unborn, the mentally handicapped, elderly, and terminally ill are slowly pushed toward euthanasia.  Of course, this will be done with feel-good phrases like "death with dignity," "not wanting to be a burden," and "merciful release from suffering," all of which ignore the basic fact that we are killing people without their consent for the "good of the people." Before you tell me I'm crazy, let's just remember that Barack Obama was the ONLY senator in the Illinois state senate to vote against providing medical care for babies who were inconsiderate enough to survive an abortion.  Also, look for taxes to go up.  Yes, they'll go up.

- You think the economy is bad now?  Just wait.  You'll have the most expensive "free" health care ever.  Bread lines aren't just for Russians anymore. 
We have traded experience for color, freedom for slavery--and the irony is that the average American sheeple thinks their vote somehow righted an ancient wrong, somehow ENDED the spectre of slavery and ushered in some beautiful era of liberty.  In reality, we are about to be less free than you ever thought possible.

I watched the faces of those crowded into the mob (excuse the pun) in Chicago .  They stared at Obama like he was a god, an idol, a panacea to their every want and need.  We have truly failed as a nation if we are at the point where we feel we must look to one man to take care of us all, to be our father figure and our sugar daddy.  We have lost not only the "can-do" attitude of past generations, but the "MUST-do" attitude of our forefathers.  We have allowed ourselves to become reduced from Patrick Henry's proud cry of "liberty or death" to the sniveling, whining idea that we are owed something.  We have gone from being the honorable defenders of freedom, to being told we are the problem.

The eyes of Obama and McCain were also telling.  McCain acted with class and grace in his concession speech , offering the most honorable response I've seen yet.  I don't agree with all of McCain's positions, but it cannot be denied that the man has served his nation--at permanent and severe detriment to himself--for half a century.  His eyes were clear and sincere, honest.  His speech underlined the very reasons why, of the two men offered, he was hands down the best choice.

On the other hand, Obama's eyes were cold, calculating.  His manner was smug and still carried the arrogance he has always had.  His facial expression was one of barely disguised disdain for everything people like me believe in.  His body language was smooth, polished--too much so.  He talked of patriotism as though it is a value he is familiar with--and yet, his horrifying attitude toward the country he now leads is as well-documented as his friendships with those who seek its demise.  He is charismatic to those who don't know what to look for, and he is inspiring to those who cannot or will not think for themselves.  However, too many who voted for him are guilty of the most dangerous kind of hypocrisy.  You see, we are told daily that we must not see color, just mankind.  (We are all family, you know--or so we're told.) And yet Barack Obama was handed the White House on a silver platter by a fawning media, a bevy of foreign donors (who, to this day and in violation of U.S. election laws, remain nameless and unaccounted for), and a populace who voted based on color instead of right and wrong--even in the face of the most damning evidence against a Presidential candidate in many years , perhaps ever.

It is said that the people receive the government they deserve.  Sadly, I fear that's correct.  We have become complacent, unwilling to see the writing on the wall, content to frolic in the warm water without bothering to notice that it's been getting hotter by the minute.  We are two seconds from a rolling boil--and perhaps it is already too late.

So, liberals, enjoy your victory.  Jump around.  Have a party, file for your free grants.  Scream "Gimme my handout!" and make fun of those of us who fought to make sure your "messiah" didn't get access to the most powerful position in the world.  Just remember when it all comes crashing down: You own the White House, the Congress, and soon the Supreme Court.  You have no one to blame but yourselves for the mess you just created.

As for me, I'm buying my handguns this week so I have an answer for those who will come try to take them.

President-elect Obama's misleading news release about Blagojevich

Pay attention now kiddies, this one is pure chicago politics.  As if it were not enough that he still won't produce a certified vault birth certificate (this author truly wonders what it will take for the common american to rise up in revolt against the peaceful take over of our great republic by nefarious persons), President-elect Barack Obama said Monday a review by his own lawyer shows he had no direct contact with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich about the appointment of a Senate replacement, and transition aides did nothing inappropriate.

Lets dissect this statement from Obama, because essentially he didn't lie.  And does it really surprise anyone that Obama's Lawyer would return with a negative review?  I guess they didn't teach Obama about and independent and impartial 3rd party verification and review in law school.  What he did do however was to pull the good ole lawyer boy con, and that is to use words that specifically dispel or mislead the common american as to his culpability even though he is as guilty as dirt, or should I say payola.  You see, Obama is guilty of conspiring with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich to sell his U.S. Senatorial seat. True to his word, he had no direct contact with Gov. Blagojevich instead sending one of the Obama team zombies to commit this heinous deed in his name.  Don't believe me?  tsk tsk, I now direct your attention to pages 62 thru 66 of the Federal Complaint filed against Rod Blagojevich here.  In a nut shell, it directly implicates Obama and/or parties within his team of colluding with Gov. Jail Bait to "get their man in there" and "show Gov. Blagojevich some appreciation".  At the very least it shows that President-elect Obama knew of Blagojevich's intent and seemed willing to play ball with it.

So yes, Mr. President-elect you had no direct contact with the bad bad Gov. from Illinois, but your people did and that makes you guilty as they surely would not do so without your consent.  Is this the change we have been waiting for?  Seems more like the spare change we have been getting from the gang in Washington the past 8 years.  A Washington, I might remind President-elect Obama, that you were apart of.  And as history is fond of telling us, we can't solve problems with the same mentality and/or people that created them.

Since it seems that his exalted electness and the dullards of congress can't get this simple solution to the open senate seat, I'll help them out.  Really guys, this one's a no brainer, how about we let the citizens of the state of Illinois vote for the new senator.  GAWK!  am I kidding?!  Nope, you read it right, and its the sensible (for my republican readers) and truly "politically correct" (for my democrat readers) thing to do.
