Change she a blowing, like wind thru the trees HaHa, sorry mate, couldn't resist this one. Perhaps we should come up with some Obama nomenclature to fit your read. I love the whole ministry thing... so how about the Ministry of Change? Like Blair we should probably lay out the doublethink for this most auspicious hammerfist of the White House.

They shall be responsible for spin, tax and spend, along with all production of all universal poverty. The Ministry of Change shall declare false claims to have increased the standard of living and shall bring happycare to every home, every time by a considerable amount, when in fact the ministry counteracts its own claims.
