Will the White House Comrade resolve the Impasse in Copenhagen?

Share

colder and colder goes the trail in the hunt for global warming culpritFear not you cold and shivering citizens of the world, Barack the magic negro is bringing solutions to the copenhagen meeting.  The success of the U.N. climate conference hangs in the balance as China and the U.S. deadlocked over whether Beijing will allow the world to check its books and verify promised cuts in greenhouse gas emissions.

What an opportunity for a photo op, The American Dear Leader walks in and sits down with his comrades from Commie China and all is well in the world again.

What is the magical fantastical solution The American Climatologist in Chief proposes?  See image below.

Barack Builds Arks!

Yep, the solution is in, Barack proposes that we and the chinese build Ark's for those affected by climate change.  The US will supply the timber and china will assemble the pieces.

Duplicate species not required.

Black policeman declares This Ain't America No More

Share

No country has ever allowed ex-slaves to acquire positions of power... accept AmericaSeems to me, that there are many people in America today whom we should consider domestic enemies.  Does the arrogant man in the White House and his Union Thugs really think that Patriotic Americans won't stop him as we did Hitler, Mussolini or the Japanese?

Change that abrogates freedom is called despotic installment.

Palin and Paul Need and Deserve our Support, Help and Guidance

Share

Make the stand early and strong. Will we the defenders of the faithful let them fall?  Will we the warriors who when needed to save this country from the wrong type of change just go home to dinner and a warm bed?

There is a reason history is a science.Or will you step up and defend the likes of Sarah Palin, Ron Paul and other politicians who believe in the prinicipal of governance by and of the U.S. Constitution and who realize the office they hold is about service not about profit.

Sarah Palin is one of the best things to come along in the republican party in 20 years and yet Palin has been vilified from day one of the announcement of her place on Manchurian Candidates ticket for the 2008 presidential elections.  A manchurian candidate doesn't have to be in office to effect his controllers wishes, he can also throw an election which is what McCain did.

And while I no longer support a mainstream party, instead I now consider myself an Independent who prefers to evaluate the candidates based on platform and actual political contributions that are guided by the U.S. Constitution.  That said, I would support a Palin, Paul or combo of both running for President.   In addition to being the type of people who would govern using the Constitution as their guide, they are the only ones with the grass-roots following in place to beat the false messiah in office right now.

I say we take the fight up a notch and go after the Obamafacists with all we have.  We start using our grass-roots connections to defeat every socialist endeavor and agenda Obama and his controllers put forward.

Ignore the death of Michael Jackson - Go see 'The Stoning of Soraya M' and send the Iranian Mullahs a message

Share

Our focus should be on the living not a dead music starFunny how people think on the same wave length, I was reading about how our government is running head-long into more financial disaster by passing the cap and trade bill over on Malkin's site.  While there, I found this little piece that put its finger right on what I've been feeling and thinking since Michael Jackson died, that being how quickly the Main Stream Media (MSM) was to capitalize on his death and turn the masses attention away from matters that really need to be tended to, instead they redirected the sheeple's focus on how the Jacko Wacko has died.

mullah obama, at a mosque near you soonHonestly, I could care less about Michael Jackson, when all around us people are dying to have freedom... while this clown was dangling babies over the edge of railings situated several stories up in the air or molesting children at his ranch.  What angers me is that the MSM have been looking for something to turn our attention away from Iranian policy or Cap-and-trade legislation or (just name the issue), and how convenient of Michael Jackson to die and give them the distraction they needed.  Twisted Priorities indeed.

Do not let the media dictate what is important.  The death of Neda and all it represents is more important than some narcissistic singer/song writer ever will be.  Putting food on your table or being able drive your car with cheap gas is more important than a man who mastered the pelvic thrust and spin, but couldn't manage his money and had a poppy seed derivative addiction.

So, Let us put the focus back on Iran for starters.  Ask yourself, "How can we support the demonstrators in Iran?"  You can Go See 'The Stoning of Soraya M' and send the Mullahs a message.

Dave Letterman: Is this His Nappy Headed Hoe Moment?

Share

Think I'll go play some basketball with dave, maybe wear a nappy wigSeems to me the left is not willing to abide by their own rules.  Remember Don Imus, remember his words that will go down in radio infamy?  "Nappy Headed Hoes".

Dave Letterman: A real male chauvinist pig!Is what Dave Letterman said more socially acceptable than Don Imus?  Is Dave Letterman a closet sexual predator only now coming out?  Seems to me calling a sitting female Alaskan Governor, "a slutty flight attendant" and then saying on national television that Palin’s teenage daughters should “get knocked up” or raped by professional baseball player Alex Rodriguez or solicited by the prostitute-addicted former New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer is of the same seriousness of the socially unacceptable as what Imus said.

Where is the the good reverend Sharpton's condemnation for this Imus of the TV talkshows?  Or is it that perhaps, her skin contain a different pigment than he is used to fighting for.  Why is no one calling for Letterman's resignation much the same way public outcry called for Don Imus'?

This should only reinforce the public perception of the leftinistas, that being held accountable for actions and words only matters if it serves their cause or protects their minority.  If we are not willing to hold accountable everyone for the said same grievances, then none should be held accountable.

I blame Dear Leader Obama for this in part, it was his totally unacceptable comment during the election in which he referred to Sarah Palin as a "pig wearing lipstick" that has made it seem socially acceptable to say such trash toward another person.  It is not ok, and we should be demanding that Obama apologize for his socially unacceptable remark as well as demand the suspension and/or removal of Letterman from TV.

Illegal Mexicans NOT Welcome in the USA

Share

The shit never stops in Washington DCOn June 8, President Obama will officially launch the next great push to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens living within our borders!

On that day, Obama will host a closed-door meeting of congressional leaders from both sides of the political
aisle to discuss immigration reform.

Of course you and I aren't invited...

And for good reason. Obama and his open-border cohorts are eager to payback the Hispanic special interests that helped get him elected. As he told Mexico's most popular Spanish-language radio host, he wants to move very quickly to get comprehensive immigration reform legislation written this year... and he doesn't want you and I standing in his way.

Imagine that.

Well, I'm fighting this one, and I'm encouraging all my readers to fight with me to stop Obama from further ruining this country by giving illegal Mexican immigrants amnesty.

Call your Senators and Representatives and let them know you are against this.  Contact Dear Leader Obama and the Congressional Thuggery.

I'm thinking about having some T-shirts made with this picture.  I would wear it !  Give me a wardrobe of these T-shirts .....

It's our Country, Not Yours! Go Home Illegal Mexicans!

Let me make this perfectly clear!
THIS IS MY COUNTRY!

And, because I make this statement DOES NOT mean I'm against immigration!!
You are welcome here in my country...
Welcome to come through like everyone else has.

Get a sponsor!
Get a place to lay your head!
Get a job.
Live by
our rules.
Pay your taxes.
And learn
our language like all other immigrants have
In the past!!!

PLEASE DON'T DEMAND THAT WE HAND OVER OUR LIFETIME SAVINGS OF SOCIAL SECURITY FUNDS TO YOU TO MAKE UP FOR ''YOUR'' LOSSES.

If you don't want to tell people about this for fear of offending someone, then you're part of the problem!

When will AMERICANS STOP giving away THEIR RIGHTS???
We've gone so far the other way --
Bent over backwards not to
 offend anyone.
But it seems no one cares about the AMERICAN
who's being offended!

Let the Tea Party Commence!

Share

Don't Tread On Me!Can you hear the collective intake of air in D.C.?  That's right, our congress is holding their breath collectively over the next 15 days, wondering, if you the American public will mail them that tea bag label.  Their worried, because they see people organizing and mobilizing to put an end to the decades of congressional decadence.  I'm certain they will miss-report the actual number of letters sent.  So, I'm inviting people to go to those sites like this one which have promoted this most auspicious of occasions to denounce the wayward representatives in Washington and leave a small note at the bottom of one of the entries there saying you mailed yours.  This site can handle about 10,000 people per hour or more and I'm sure the other sites are capable of the same... So let us know you did it!  Let financial freedom ring loud and clear!

Wow, I didn't realize charity work paid so well, Patricia Blagojevich gets fired

Share

A Chicago homeless agency has fired Illinois First Lady Patricia Blagojevich from her job as its chief fundraiser.

Save the Whales! Oops, wrong cause...The board of the Chicago Christian Industrial League today exercised the termination clause of Blagojevich's contract, according to interim executive director Mary Shaver. She said she could not discuss why the board terminated Blagojevich because it is a personnel issue.

The Tribune first reported five months ago that the group hired Blagojevich, who amid federal scrutiny left her longtime job of being a real estate agent and broker. She was earning about $100,000 a year as the league's development director.

I wonder how many people were not helped because they had to pay her $8,000 per month.  $8,000 per month!!  I could house, feed, cloth, and entertain 5 homeless people with her salary... and that includes cable tv, cigarettes and hooker money.

Sheesh, what has this country come to when we care more about the benefactor than the benefitee...

At least we can go to bed and rest peacefully tonight knowing that the state of Illinois will soon be free of this evil doer and his ilk... I'm sending soap just for you Blaggo...

Open letter to President-elect Obama: Your $850 billion proposed lifeline is still thrown from a sinking ship.

Share

Dear President-elect Obama,

I just read about your proposed $850 billion dollar stimulus package and at first look it appears to be a boon for our country and its ailing economy.  While I applaud your attempt to help the country, I believe this will only further erode the confidence of consumer and business alike.  Its not enough to give us a short term morale boost with the prospect of a little cash in hand when all around us we see foreclosures, business closing and in general a tanked economy.  I present you with the following multiple and varied reasons for this line of thought and I hope this incomplete list will help you in some small way with regard to your final decision and direction.

  • It's a stimulus using "borrowed" money.
    • You would have to borrow the $850 billion which would in the future have to be paid back, with interest.
    • A new $850 billion expenditure will add to the national debt, which will require issuing more bonds, which might be bought by the Chinese, exacerbating that problem.
  • It will not cause the lost value of houses to return.
    • Evaporating home values: More than $2 trillion of value — that’s a lot of zeroes — will likely be lost this year alone.
  • It will not put people back to work in high paying jobs.
    • It's a widely seen fact that the infusion of cash into the banks did not stop them from releasing people from high paying jobs.
    • we will not pull this economy out of its hole with a bunch of government public works projects. I'm reminded of the bridge to nowhere in alaska and the new york tunnel which had its construction costs spiral out of control.
  • It will not reduce our trade deficits and in fact will probably make it worse.
    • We have been importing a lot of cheap goods from China and abroad, causing a balance of trade deficit.
    • This has led to a decline in the value of the dollar, making the billions of dollars of imported goods more expensive.
  • It will not stop banks from foreclosing nor will it help people avoid foreclosure.
    • Even $1000 is not enough to help out the folks whose mortgages are in default. They typically need $10,000 or more to bring their mortgages current, and then another $500 or $1,000 a month to maintain their mortgages. A quick buck will not solve their problems.
  • It will not stimulate a long term consumer buying spree. Its a one off deal.
    • $1000 spent on consumer goods will not help much -- a good part of that money will go back to China, exacerbating the problem.
    • If used to retire debt or put into an IRA or other investment this also will have no short-term or long-term affect that economists want.
  • It will most certainly be miss-spent thru cronyism.

Keep in mind that the above is a short list.  If your interested in a comprehensive analysis of the affects your proposed stimulus will have I'm open to a contract.  I promise not to let partisan politics flavor my judgement because I'm not affiliated with any party, beholden to any PAC and I don't have any campaign contributors to make happy.  My only hope would be to help my country.  With that in mind and always one to profer a solution when I've considered the downside I present you with an alternative plan which we can call (since you folks in D.C. love your acronyms) the Government Reduction And Precise Economic Stimulus (GRAPES).

  • No person or business will pay taxes for fiscal year 2009.
    • This would provide an immediate benefit to every working american and would be more substanstial in most cases than any stimulus rebate you could give them.  It would allow for ease of mortgage payments or at the very least go a long way toward reducing consumer debt and its horrendous interest rates and it would encourage the purchase of high ticket consumer items.
    • It would give businesses the funds to buy new capitol equipment and prevent layoffs that would have happened had the money been paid toward taxes.
    • Perhaps a special credit or incentive if individuals and businesses bought true american made products with this tax savings.
  • Congress shall cut government spending by 50% for fiscal year 2009.  So if last years budget was 1 trillion they only get to spend half that this year. No exceptions.
    • This means that only Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and critical governmental infrastructure get funding first, with non critical funding paid secondarily out of what is left.  I realize this will hurt but congressional spending is out of control and the buck does stop with you.
  • The Federal Reserve shall reduce the interest rate to 0% for the entire fiscal year of 2009 to coincide with the no taxes proposal and reduced government spending.
    • They have sucked at the national tit for the last 70 years.  They can go for a year without any milk while their biggest client gets back on its feet.
  • Send Congress home after they pass the budget.
    • They would only be wasting electricity, water, gas and the air we breathe by occupying their offices and more often than not create more havoc and hot air.
    • We might even give them an incentive bonus to not pass more laws that basically do nothing or are not enforced anyway.
  • Reduce military spending by 50% percent.
    • Do not reduce the soldiers pay. They have earned every cent.
    • Do reduce high ticket item purchases, like jets, bombers, vessels, munitions.
    • Suspend for one year all military purchase contracts, except for those necessary to sustain the soldiers (like food) and current overseas operations.
  • Find the 2 trillion plus dollars that Ex-Secretary of Defense Rumsfield said was missing.
    • Get it back (with interest) and pay off some of the national debt.
    • This will have the immediate affect of showing us you are fiscally responsible.
  • Stop the manipulation of oil prices. Freeze oil prices at current rates for fiscal year 2009.
    • Oil prices have soared the last 2 years, and research (by Federal Reserver Chairman Bernanke and others) shows that every incidence of stagflation has been caused in large part by a rise in energy prices.  I blame our current crisis on OPEC and other nations. Their excessive greed and avarice contributed to the unfounded rise in oil prices and they should be accountable for causing this global cash crisis. Your call, pick a punishment.
    • I don't consider oil to be a protected capitalistic commodity when it comes to national security or economic factoring, neither should you.  Its importance to this nation in every sector of life and business is too crucial. Its also obvious that big oil cannot manage this national resource with wisdom and confidence when people are freezing in their homes or dying from heat exhaustion during the dog days of summer.
    • As of Dec. 17th the Saudi's cut production by 2 million barrels per day in an effort to stem the plunge in the price of oil.  I believe this action on the part of OPEC should be viewed as an attack upon our financial system and be responded to with harsh tariffs which they shall not be able to pass on to the consumer.
  • Get out of Iraq, and stop spending $200 billion a year on this war of attrition.
    • Focus instead on stopping global terror leaders and funders.
    • Find Osama Bin Laden, there are only so many caves, and Use our finely trained special ops troops to do surgical strikes on the other worst offenders and starve out the rest with embargoes and UN sanctions.
  • Develop true alternative energy sources to cut our oil payments to terrorist states.
    • I recommend you look at some of the incredible research done by ordinary americans on the PESwiki site.
  • Put a federally mandated freeze on all foreclosures with necessary caveates and a time limit.
    • I have mixed feelings on this one, my advisors tell me we shouldn't reward bad consumer purchasing habits.  But then we shouldn't have allowed mortgage brokers and bankers to give seedy loans in the first place.  Nonetheless, we can't allow this greatest of consumer and industry assets to totally collapse when they are worth a cumulative 12 trillion dollars.  And do keep in mind that the inflated values of recent pushed the value to a ficticious 15 trillion.
    • Allocate money for credit counseling services to help consumers and mortgage seekers get better deals (55% of those with subprime mortgages could have qualified for a regular mortgage; they didn't because of unscrupulous mortgage brokers)
    • The time limit is in place such that it gives current home owners who are invested in a home they should have never bought, time to trade-down to a home they can afford with realistic payments and no ARMs.  This trade-down by a consumer should be mandated upon the banks and consumer.  The consumer will have to prove financial capability via non banking 3rd party counsel (see above counseling provision) after which the bank shall have to perfect the transaction and redo the loan.  You work out the further details.
  • Embark on a program to rebuild our infrastructure -- roads, bridges, etc.
    • While I hate the idea of congress spending more money, our country does need to upgrade because our bridges and roads are literally falling apart.
    • You could probably use some of the missing 2 trillion for this.
  • Amend the bankruptcy statutes enacted under President Bush to make it easier for debtors.
    • These changes benefit no one but Bush cronies.  There is a reason we had good bankruptcy laws, you can do the history review at your leisure with regard to how debtors were treated in the distant past.

Keep in mind that the above is a short list and you can hash out the details.  If your interested in a comprehensive national investment initiative and plan I'm open to a contract.

I realize this is a lot to take in, you are after all only a street lawyer and prone to thinking in those terms relevant to your profession.  I also realize President-elect Obama that only one percent of the people in the world can conceptualize the term trillion and they don't even have to, but you do because your trying to tackle this problem and your wanting to throw trillions of dollars of our money at it like that will correct it and make it undone.  However, No one can be made to pay 1 million for a home only worth half a million.   Or hire an employee with tax money.

In closing, I would encourage you to get fresh blood on your staff and cabinet and not make use of advisors from the normal pool of bureaucrats.  Your saddling yourself with cronies and good ole boys from the Clintonista clan and the normal big business crowd.  Be honest with yourself and realize that you cannot solve problems with the same mentality that created the problems. You promised change, you alone have the chance to really bring it.  And we expect it.

Sincerely,

Archaic Athens and Modern America Politics

Share

Most of my readers have probably never heard of a man by the name of 'Solon'.  Solon was an Athenian statesman, lawmaker, and Lyric poet. He is remembered particularly for his efforts to legislate against political, economic and moral decline in archaic Athens.  During Solon's time, many Greek city-states had seen the emergence of tyrants, opportunistic noblemen who had grabbed power on behalf of sectional (read as corporate) interests.

In Solon's day, those of noble birth or wealth controlled all things governmental, including the assembly or congress as we would know it.  It was this control which allowed them to pass laws and pretty much keep the poor under foot.  It also meant that these Archons, what we would know as a 'President', and Ekklesia know to us as 'Congressmen' could not be called to account for perfidy against the poor and the country unless the congress favoured prosecution.

Because of this situation the great city-state of Athen was thrown into much turmoil.  Solon, because of his great wisdom was chosen by all the people to govern all of Athens with near limitless power.  It was the hope of the people that he would benefit their group, poor or rich, so they all voted him in.

Its common historical knowledge that his changes to how Athens was governed lead directly to the first democratic state.  He made it so that common people, and not just the rich or aristocratic could have a voice in their governance.

Hmm.  Sounds hauntingly familiar does it not?  Oh yes, it reminds me of the last 3 presidents starting with Clinton.  Well it actually starts further back in the U.S. timeline but these three are current and their actions as tyrants more pronounced than their predecessors.  Americans are great at many things, however, they fall flat when it comes to learning from history.

We have allowed our own government to move in this direction.  Be not fooled by the fact that you get to vote for them.  Voter fraud (paperless balloting), slanted media coverage (look how Big News treated Ron Paul), and corporate sponsorship (does anyone really believe that the 780 Million raised by Obama came only from small donations?) all conspire to rob us of a legitimate vote.  There is plenty of proof on the internet concerning the presidencies of Clinton and Bush and the treasonous actions both of these men fausted upon the citizenry of America.  When we wonder what kind of leader Obama will be, we have only to look at his congressional voting record and his wife's use of his polical position to further her personal goals (I really do wonder what qualified her for appointment to the board's of directors at large corporate businesses and organisations in Chicago).

I find it interesting also that in order to placate the poor and huddled masses, they throw welfare at them which seems to be enough to stop the overthrow of their quite profitable legislative enterprise.  Do you see Obama calling any of these poor to his cabinet?  How about a poor Supreme Court Justice (hehe, i crack myself up sometimes, a poor lawyer) appointment should the need arise?  You get my point.  It looks like 4 more years of status quo for the poor and downtrodden.

We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking that created them.  Its obvious that Obama has been thoroughly indoctrinated into the U.S. congressional enterprise and good 'ole boy's club just from his Senate voting record... I can only hope his thinking changed out on the campaign trail.

The same ole change...

Share

Barack Obama is setting up his administration to be the most radical, pro-amnesty presidency in history.

He was elected on a key promise to those that voted him in… Change.

So far, I’m not seeing it.  Over the next few weeks I’ll be writing about some of the following concerns among other things.  Of those that I don’t write about, feel free as an American citizen to check them out yourself.

Socialistic wealth redistribution
including any and all tax increases and big-government welfare programs.

Silencing conservatives
through the Fairness Doctrine and other efforts that restrict free speech.

Open border anarchy
including amnesty for illegal aliens and promotion of multi-nation “unions”.

Government-run health care
that weakens our system and imposes more tax burdens on citizens.

Weakening the 2nd Amendment
through unconstitutional gun laws that take away or penalize us for owning firearms and our right to defend our family, our property, and ourselves.

If your truly interested in opposing "more government", then check out Grassfire.
