Yahoo recently posted an article from the CDC, in big bold letters for the title, that declares 76 children have died from the swine flu since April 2009. It's one thing to mourn the loss of those innocents, it's quite another to use their homicide by this man-made flu to scare people into getting the swine flu vaccine.
Not to lessen the painful fact that these young persons died tragically, it's typical of Yahoo to neglect mentioning that 36,000 people died in 2008 from the regular flu and the most stunning fact about that 36K statistic is that the CDC does not know exactly how many people die from flu each year or their ages.
There are several reasons for this:
- First, states are not required to report individual flu cases or deaths of people older than 18 years of age to CDC.
- Second, influenza is infrequently listed on death certificates of people who die from flu-related complications.
- Third, many flu-related deaths occur one or two weeks after a person’s initial infection, either because the person may develop a secondary bacterial co-infection (such as a staph infection) or because influenza can aggravate an existing chronic illness (such as congestive heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
- Also, most people who die from flu-related complications are not tested for flu, or they seek medical care later in their illness when influenza can no longer be detected from respiratory samples. Influenza tests are only likely to detect influenza if performed within a week after onset of illness.
For these reasons, many flu-related deaths may not be recorded on death certificates. These are some of the reasons that CDC and other public health agencies in the United States and other countries use statistical models to estimate the annual number of flu-related deaths. (Flu deaths in children were made a nationally notifiable condition in 2004, and since then, states have been required to report flu-related child deaths in the United States through the Influenza Associated Pediatric Mortality Surveillance System).
So, do we have accurate numbers to prove that the swine flu is worse than regular flu? According to the above information directly from the CDC we do not. And yet Yahoo will go on shilling for the CDC and their big pharma buddies (who do you think paid for the article on yahoo?) so that people will be scared into getting the deadly vaccine which puts money in the pharmaceutical companies pockets.
In the last few months I've been the target of a group of 'skeptic' doctors ( why are they not skeptical of the government studies? ), angry big pharma shills and other paid for net-bots all trying to shout me down because i write articles that demand safe vaccines, vaccines without mercury in them, vaccines without adjuvants, vaccines that don't overload our systems with too many toxins at once.
Take for instance Dr. Joseph Albietz who took acception to one of my articles that asked some questions concerning a subset of the human population who might have adverse affects from adjuvants used in vaccines, rather than be the scientist he claims to be he dismissed the article out of hand as illiterate. I'm sure this is simply youthful enthusiasm in that you want to make good cudos with your handlers and friends that work at/for the CDC/NIH... and I definitely get the whole making a name for yourself, but to dismiss my questions without relevant scientific process shows your lack of maturity in the research field. By the way Joseph, here is an article detailing some research that begins to address my question.
Dr. Albietz makes the following Disclaimer: "Dr Albietz has no ties to industry and no conflicts of interest to disclose." Its interesting that Albietz is the one that has been writing rebuttals to most of my vaccine articles, they must figure that, unlike Tozzi, they have in him a person whom I can't find the corporate ties or CDC/NIH funding which would pretty much necessitate his being a shill. And while it may be true that he does not have financial ties to the big pharmaceutical companies or conflicts of interest, most likely due to being new to the field, it doesn't mean that his references are conflict free.
Take for instance a recent article by Albietz, wherein he quoted several different references, I took just the first of those references, (1) Thompson WW, Shay DK, Weintraub E, et al. Mortality associated with influenza and respiratory syncytial virus in the United States. JAMA 2003;289:179–86., and found the corporate/cdc funding right off the bat. It should also be noted that 5 of the 7 references were all dated prior to 2005, which is the same period during which big pharma funded most of that research and it was this research that just about every public concern disavowed and even the CDC/NIH stopped referencing them because of the studies being improperly conducted, ie.: no control groups, using subsets of data instead of the full body of info, etc.
The reference I mention above details research conducted by E. Weintraub who it turns out is a paid researcher of, by or for the CDC, which i've written extensively about the big pharma ties within the CDC/NIH here and here. How much you want to bet the rest of the references end up with similar funding or ties to big pharma and/or the CDC/NIH/WHO?
I've written before about The (government-funded) Institute of Medicine (IOM) and various specialty societies, notably the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), and the American Medical Association (AMA) and government agencies (CDC and NIH) that have chosen to ignore the overwhelming evidence presented both by studies that have not been compromised by corporate influence and by doctors who thru meticulous record keeping show the affects of mercury exposure and vaccination in their adolescent patients.
The question is Dr. Albietz, your an intelligent person, a medical university professor no less, why aren't you doing some uncompromised independent research into these issues and questions and proving for yourself wither we are right or wrong.
You see, like you Dr. Albietz, I'm concerned with the manner in which unscientific and pseudoscientific health care ideas have increasingly infiltrated academic medicine and medicine at large because of corporate influence and politics, sometimes thru the very people we trust to be most truthful with us, Doctors. Hopefully, your as forthcoming with information about that as you are about the wonderful world of vaccines.

The interesting thing about this case is that workers have been in Saskatchewan for about one year and had not recently traveled, it was also said the new virus was likely transmitted from the pigs to the workers. No one knows how the pigs got it.
