BlogACause's Stance on Free Speech and the First Amendment to the US Constitution

Article 4 of our Policies states:  If the FEC, FCC, CONgress or the President make rules or laws that limit our First Amendment right to express our opinion on core political issues, We will not obey those rules.

This includes not giving them any information which could endanger a blogger here on blogacause.  We think its important that people have the ability to let other people know about the criminal misdeeds of members of congress and even the president.  No one should be above the law, nor should their crimes go unnoticed.

Blogacause provides a blogging/article posting platform that can hide your identity, allowing you to post information about politicians, businesses and evil doers in general without the fear of reprisal or personal injury committed against you for having done so.

Seems to me with the Obama Administration and his legions of ACORN activists, who are willing to break the law on several fronts, there is a need for anonymous disclosure of information which highlights the errant politics of the day.
